Jordan graduated from the University of Pretoria in South Africa with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in 2012 and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in 2014 and was admitted as a lawyer in the High Court of South Africa and Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2016 and 2022, respectively.
Jordan offers a broad range of corporate and commercial experience having advised ASX listed and private companies in a range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence investigations, foreign investment regulatory approval, commercial contract advisory, international supply agreements, lending and funding arrangements, and shareholder and corporate governance matters. Having a background working as a head of group legal counsel provides Jordan with practical experience in advising clients on their day-to-day operational requirements in a pragmatic manner.
