January 2024 promotions

MPH is delighted to announce that Taila Childs and Mark Williams have been promoted to Senior Associates effective from 1 January 2024.

Taila joined MPH in August 2021 as a member of our corporate and commercial team. Taila provides advice to a broad range of clients across the corporate and commercial sectors and has advised and assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions, the preparation and negotiation of customer and supplier agreements, capital raising activities and ASX compliance matters.

Mark joined MPH’s litigation team in June 2020. Mark’s commercial litigation experience includes contractual disputes, building disputes, property issues including mortgage and lease disputes, adverse possession and dividing fences, planning and development contraventions, negligence and other torts and issues arising under the Corporations Act 2001 and the Bankruptcy Act 1966 and general debt recovery. Mark has acted for mortgagees, lessors, registered liquidators and administrators, national mercantile companies, local governments, accountants, trade companies and high net worth individuals.
